  • 300,000 DEER to Pegasus Launchpad
  • 100,000 DEER for initial liquidity
  • 1,600,000 DEER to Dao fund
• Public sale price: 1 USDC / DEER
• Hardcap: $300,000
• You need at least 10 PES in your wallet to participate IDO
• This will use the overflow method, where contributors will get pro-rata allocation if the sale exceeds the hardcap
• DEER is the algostable, pegged to the price of USDC
• XDSHARE is the shares token; with 100,000 total supply
  • 50,000 XDSHARE to staking pools distributed over 2 years
  • 20,000 XDSHARE to DAO treasury
  • 12,500 XDSHARE for development
  • 17,500 XDSHARE to Insurance fund
• XDBOND is the bond token
• Funds of the presale will be distributed as follows:
  • 10% of USDC raised will be sent to Pegasus DAO for buyback of PES
  • 30% for initial liquidity
  • 60% vested USDC Funding unlocks: 40% unlocked at TGE, with the remaining 60% unlocked linearly over 6 months (10% a month)
