  • 1–10 Mansions: 20 Playmates
  • 11–20 Mansions: 25 Playmates
  • 21–40 Mansions: 30 Playmates
  • 41–80 Mansions: 35 Playmates
  • 81–100 Mansions: 40 Playmates
  • 101+ Mansions: 45 Playmates
• Max 20 Mansions created per transaction
• Mansions rewards 1 PLAYMATE every 24 hours
• Mansions are not tradable
• 20 Mansions can be upgraded for 1 District
• 1 District earns 1 PLAYMATE every 24 hours
• Districts are tradeable
• Future plans for Districts to be upgradable into Cities
• Taxes and fees:
  • 10% tax on PLAYMATES sells
    • 5% goes to the treasury
    • 3% to the node rewards pool
    • 1% to auto-liquidity
    • 1% to marketing
  • 15% claim tax, applies any time you claim PLAYMATES from your Mansion
    • 12% to node rewards pool
    • 3% to marketing
  • Whale tax on sells ranging from 2.5% to 25%, depending on how many Mansions the wallet owns
    • 50% of this tax goes to the treasury
    • 30% to node rewards pool
    • 10% to marketing
    • 10% to liquidity
  • 40% transfer tax, when transferring PLAYMATES from one wallet to another
• Ways to avoid or reduce fees:
  • Own a VIP Club Node NFT, which increases production of your Mansion by 25%
  • Renovate your Mansions into Districts, which increases all your Mansions’ production by 1.5% and decreases claim tax by 1%; you can have a max of 10 Districts and the benefits a cumulative
  • Compound unclaimed rewards into creating new Mansions – you can do this without withdrawing the rewards to your wallet
• 50% of the treasury goes to manual buybacks and future development, and 50% will be staked in other yield farm protocols; treasury funds may also be used to launch AVAX validator nodes
