Million Monke, aka MIMO, is an NFT fractionalization project in cooperation with the Socks on Solana DAO, where users who purchase the token own a proportionate fraction of Solana Monkey Business #3408.

  • 10,000,000 for initial liquidity
  • 5,000,000 for farming rewards
  • 15,000,000 for the team, including the Sock DAO

• MIMO holders have governance power and will be able to lock their tokens and vote on a reserve price that they would be willing to sell SMB #3408 at; once more than 50% of tokens are locked, any interested buyer can deposit that reserve price and an auction will begin for the NFT
• Should a reserve price be agreed upon by MIMO holders, a buyer deposits the reserve and an auction ensues, all MIMO holders will be able to redeem their proportionate share of SOL at the conclusion of the auction
