• This public sale will be a Dutch auction and lasts 24 hours
• 90,000 FLD is available
• Starting price is $110 / FLD, decreasing over 23 hours to a minimum of $25 / FLD
• Max per wallet: $20,000
• Those who purchase 15 FLD or more will be able to claim a free NFT booster, providing 1.15x dividends, at protocol launch
• Listing per wallet will be determined by the final price of FLD if sold out, if not sold out the listing price will be $25 / FLD
• 100% of the Dutch auction proceeds go to the treasury
• No vesting
• Early seller tax of 40% of day 1, decreasing 5% every day over 5 days and then removed
