  • Factor is an asset management platform aggregating multiple DeFi assets, and providing users the tools to create and manage financial instruments
  • Users can create investment strategies and vaults (e.g. tokenized baskets, yield pools, derivatives, etc.) and earn fees
  • Investors can deposit in the vaults and receive yield
  • $FCTR is the utility token
  • $FCTR holders can lock $FCTR and receive $veFCTR (vote-escrowed $FCTR)
  • $veFCTR holders receive governance rights and a share of 50% of platform revenue
  • $veFCTR is non-liquid and non-transferable, the amount gradually decays until the locking period expires and then $FCTR can be claimed
