Cookie Game Season 2 Game Launch
January 14 update – launch delayed to January 20.
Avalanche’s Cookie Game is releasing a season 2 with new BFT bakers and mechanics.
The game will launch once all new Baker NFTs are sold, or 24 hours after the NFT sale begins – whichever comes first.
DETAILS
- New token FORTUNE will be fixed supply and exchangeable with COOKIE at a floating rate
- The more COOKIE that is exchanged for FORTUNE, the more COOKIE it will take to produce the next FORTUNE – and the reverse is true as well, the more FORTUNE that is transformed into COOKIE, the more FORTUNE it will take next time to exchange to COOKIE
- COOKIE can now only be withdrawn to your wallet, transferred to & from the Pantry & upgrade shop or exchanged for FORTUNE
- Robot Baker will output 5 cookies per minute, instead of 25
- New Alien Bakers will produce 15 cookies per minute
- 5901 Bakers and Robot Bakers from Season 1 can be migrated to Season 2 at no cost (just gas fees); once migrated to Season 2 they cannot be migrated back to Season 1
- 4099 Bakers are available for purchase at 1.5 AVAX each
- 80% chance of being a regular Baker (1 cookie / minute)
- 15% chance of being a Robot Baker (5 cookies / minute)
- 5% chance of being an Alien Baker (15 cookies / minute)
- Pantry’s fast unstake fee is increasing from 50% to 90%
- Every upgrade that is staked must be accompanied by a staked Backer
- Upgrades are no longer subject to a two-day waiting period to unstake (but Bakers will still have a 2 day waiting period)
