  • Boardroom only prints new $USCD when TWAP > 1 (expansion period)
  • During expansion, newly minted $USCD to be distributed as follows;
    • 45% — Reward for boardroom stakers
    • 55% — for redeeming bonds, incentive programs, and development; primarily game
  • Epoch duration: 4 hours
  • Staked $CD is locked for 12 epochs and $USCD rewards is locked for 6 epochs

  • $USCD is the algo-stable, pegged 1:1 to USDC
    • Initial supply: 100,101 allocated as follows:
      • 100,100 — Genesis farming
      • 1 — Pre-mint for Initial liquidity
  • $CD is the shares (and governance) token
    • Total supply: 200,001 allocated as follows:
      • 200,000 — Farming rewards (vested linearly over 728 days)
