DETAILS
- TBY’s are minted 1 or 2x per month as follows:
- Commitment matching: 3 days
- Borrowers commit collateral & specify how much they would like to borrow
- Lenders can commit USDC to lend to the borrowers
- Bloom matches borrowers and lenders 1:1, any oversupply is refunded
- Orders filled: 2 days
- Borrowers purchase RWAs via the contract
- Redemption: any time after 180 days
- Commitment matching: 3 days
- Interest is set at 1% below US “Federal Funds Rate”
- $6M cap on the first mint
- TBYs can be transfered on-chain, traded if users create liquidity, etc.
