  • Presale will be held on the Battle Stakes dApp
  • Presale price: $10
  • Listing price: same as presale, but with buy tax
  • Presale token allocation: 250,000 GEN
  • Hard cap: $2,500,000
  • No vesting for presale
  • Taxes: 16% buy | 30% sell at launch (sell tax then gradually decreases to a fixed 18%)
  • Launch is scheduled for Oct. 20

• Mechanics & Features
  • Hybrid staking and gameFi mechanism
  • Users earn by participating in “battles” by staking $GEN tokens with another user, in the “Castle”
  • The winner of the battle is the last one to unstake
  • 0.75% – 1.05% daily APR is paid on all staked tokens and the winner of the battle receives their initial staked tokens + a % of the opponent’s yield
  • The first to unstake still gets a % of their initial staked tokens and the remaining balance of the earned $GEN in battle
  • The primary battler (the initiator) pays 20% fee on their initial stake while the secondary battler will pay 30% of their stake (fees sent to protocol’s treasury)
  • Rewards can be re-staked into other battles, or withdrawn – 3, 5, or 7% of rewards can be withdrawn every 16, 24 or 32 hours
  • Battle winners are also rewarded with $ARENA tokens – the amount rewarded is dependent on the length of the battle and the quantity of $GEN staked
    • ARENA is backed by BUSD and increase as the Arena Backed Value (ABV) of the token increases with every new participant
    • Holders of $ARENA are able to sell the token back to the protocol for stablecoins at the Minimum Backed Value (MBV)
    • Users will also be able to trade their $ARENA directly for $GEN at a 33% increase over the MBV
    • Users can initially only hold 1 $ARENA, however this can be increased to a maximum of 3 $ARENA tokens by purchasing “ARENA boosters”. The price of the booster initially starts at $7.5, but is dynamic based upon the ABV
  • To stake / battle, you will need a referral username/code to join
  • If a user does not have a referral code, the protocol will provide a default referral code, which is tied to the community wallet
  • Referrers receive 5% of all $GEN staked by the referred user
  • Referral commissions must be claimed within 7 days and the referrer must hold 5x the $GEN of the referral bonus to be eligible to claim their commission
  • Top 50 battlers + referrers are rewarded with a share of $1,000 is paid out every 48 hours, provided there is sufficient fund for payment, if not, there will not be a payout until the fund reaches at least $1,000
  • The protocol maintains 7 wallets;
    • Liquidity pool – for building liquidity; 1/1 GEN/BNB
    • Insurance fund – for token price stability
    • Treasury – for investments, future development and also to stabilise token price, if needed
    • $ARENA token fund – backs the value of the $ARENA token
    • Winner Circle fund – holds $1,000 in stablecoin to be paid out to the top 50 on the leaderboard
    • Fire Cauldron – for token burns
    • Marketing & development – funding for maintenance, future development and marketing
