Ascend Node Club V2 Launch

Nodes project on Avalanche, it appears they are re-launching their node contracts to better optimize them and reduce gas fees for users.

They launch will be “after 5pm UTC,” as such, this launch has been set for 5pm UTC.

DETAILS

• Users will be able to migrate their existing nodes to V2 at the completion of the launch
• V2 features:
  • Compound feature
  • 0% tax on compounds for the first 2 weeks, after which it will be decided by the community
  • All node rewards will be boosted by 20% for the first 2 weeks
  • Node rewards will come every 7.2 minutes, instead of every 24 hours
  • 15% claim tax for the first 2 weeks
• 4 levels of “membership” aka nodes
  • Ascend Membership Shares (AMS)
    • 100 ASND each
    • Pays 2.5 ASND daily
    • Can have max 30
    • Most own at least 1 AMS to be eligible for the remaining tiers
  • Ascend Platinum Membership
    • 250 ASND plus 25 AMS each
    • Pays 106.25 ASND daily
    • Can have max 40 AMS
    • Additional 3% rewards on AMS
  • Ascend Infinite Membership
    • 500 ASND plus 40 AMS plus 1 Platinum Membership Share
    • Pays 190 ASND daily
    • Can have max 50 AMS
    • Additional 5% rewards on AMS
  • Ascend Meta Membership
    • 1000 ASND plus 50 AMS plus 1 Infinite Membership Share
    • Pays 275 ASND daily
    • Can have max 80 AMS
    • Additional 10% rewards on AMS
